Project Manager/Coordinator

Responsible to monitor project progress and schedule Preparation of quotation and costing for management approval Coordinate with various departments throughout the whole project to ensure smooth flow of schedules and meeting of deadlines Attend site meeting, resolve site problems and conduct site inspections Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during project Leads and manages timely procurement for all permits required by regulatory authorities Conduct on-site inspection to ensure the project is completed on schedule. Attend project meetings. Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and report to the Project Director to proceed with invoicing. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
