BIM Modeler (Bentley / OpenPlant / MicroStation) Location: Tuas, Singapore About the Project Our client is delivering the Industrial Liquids Module (ILM) at the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant (TWRP) , one of Singapore's largest water infrastructure developments. We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to support multidisciplinary engineering teams by developing and maintaining high-quality BIM models for mechanical, piping, electrical and process systems throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Bentley OpenPlant , MicroStation , and related Bentley software. Produce accurate plant layouts, piping models, equipment arrangements and construction drawings in accordance with project specifications. Coordinate BIM models across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural and Instrumentation disciplines to resolve design clashes. Participate in model reviews, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination meetings. Generate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, isometric drawings, sections and detailed fabrication drawings. Update BIM models to reflect engineering revisions and as-built information throughout project execution. Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements and BIM execution plans. Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Project Managers and Construction teams to support project delivery. Assist with quantity take-offs and material extraction from BIM models where required. Maintain accurate model documentation and drawing revision control. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, BIM, Drafting or related discipline. Minimum 3 years' experience in BIM modelling within Water, Utilities, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Process Plant or EPC environments. Proficiency in Bentley OpenPlant , MicroStation and Bentley modelling tools. Experience producing plant layouts, piping models and multidisciplinary coordination models. Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, equipment layouts and piping specifications. Familiarity with ISO standards, piping layouts and EPC project documentation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
