About You The Track Record: 2–5 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, with a strong preference for individuals from CRM, marketing automation, or enterprise digital solutions backgrounds. Global Sales Acumen: Proven success hitting or exceeding commercial quotas in a cross-border or international selling environment, comfortably managing pipelines across multiple time zones. Cross-Cultural Business Fluency: Deep understanding of the East-West trade and digital ecosystem. Complete professional proficiency in both English and regional business languages is critical to navigating bilateral deals and managing relationships with overseas stakeholders.
