Every meal tells a story of flavour, culture, and teamwork. We’re expanding our Chinese dining concepts and looking for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to balance people, operations, and passion. You’ll lead by presence, not position. Giving guidane the service team, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. If you’ve managed a floor before at Supervisory level, thrive in fast-paced environments, and believe service is both an art and a responsibility, this is where you belong. What You’ll Do Support the Operations in overseeing daily front-of-house operations and ensuring smooth service flow. Manage floor duties during peak hours. Supervise and motivate the service team to uphold quality, cleanliness, and consistency. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues calmly and effectively. Conduct daily briefings, assign roles, and ensure all staff are service-ready. Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate coordination between front and back of house. Monitor sales performance, staff scheduling, and operational expenses. Train and mentor new service staff to build a confident, service-oriented team. Support marketing or seasonal campaigns as directed by HQ or operations. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years of F&B experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong background in casual restaurant operations preferred. Able to lead by example, handle stress with composure, and motivate the team during peak hours. Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with kitchen and service staff. Team player with a positive, dependable, and proactive attitude.
