Digital Signage Technician

Job Summary Join New Wave Display™ as a Digital Signage Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain digital signage, LED displays, video walls, kiosks, and interactive displays across projects in Singapore. Responsibilities Install and configure digital signage displays, LED video walls, touch screen kiosks, and media players to meet project specifications Perform on-site wiring, mounting, testing, and commissioning to ensure functional and safe installations Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and display issues to maintain system performance Assist with fabrication, assembly, and setup of signage systems to support project completion Conduct maintenance and servicing of existing digital signage installations to ensure reliability Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to align installation progress with project goals Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project requirements Support content updates and basic CMS configuration as needed to keep displays current Prepare equipment and materials before deployment to ensure smooth installation processes Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in LED wall setup and troubleshooting to enhance installation quality Knowledge of Android OS for system configuration and troubleshooting Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues to support digital signage systems Experience with vinyl sticker installation or signage to assist in finishing displays Basic electrical wiring knowledge to support installation and maintenance tasks Comfortable using power tools and performing hands-on installation work Willingness to travel to project sites across Singapore Possess Class 3 driving licence is a bonus but not essential Candidates without experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply Other Information What We Offer Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing digital signage industry Hands-on training and exposure to exciting projects Friendly and su…
