Sales Coordinator

Job Summary You will support the team by managing customer enquiries and orders, maintaining accurate sales data, preparing reports, and assisting with daily operations. Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues to maintain strong client relationships Enter and update sales records accurately in the CRM system to ensure reliable data management Generate sales reports and management information to support decision-making and track performance Provide administrative support to the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating delivery arrangements Support marketing activities including events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles, preferably within the sales industry Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office to manage sales and office tasks efficiently Strong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to contribute beyond basic responsibilities Interest in or understanding of the sales industry and related products/services
