Job Summary Industrial Laundry seeks an Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to lead team management, ensure smooth operational flow, handle customer concerns, oversee staff rostering and training, manage delivery orders, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines Resolve customer complaints and requests promptly to maintain satisfaction Develop and maintain staff rosters to optimize workforce allocation Provide hands-on support to operations during staff shortages to maintain productivity Train staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with operational standards Issue delivery orders accurately to support logistics and customer fulfillment Conduct quality control checks to uphold service standards and operational excellence Lead and manage team performance to achieve operational goals Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience managing a team in an operational environment Good interpersonal skills Good time management and planning skills
