We are offering the job opportunity of Operations Executive and this fulfilling job offers you not only the opportunity to have immersive experience with entrepreneurs and startups in their innovation journeys but also enables you to develop new technical knowledge, expand your industry network and gain deep insights into venture creation and specific industries. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Ensure smooth and high-standard daily operations of the co-working space by maintaining a conducive working environment, facilities, resources, logistics, IT systems, venue bookings, and client relationships. Support the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the Company's affiliated entities, including coordinating corporate administrative matters, maintaining records and documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth business operations across related companies. Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend improvements to the management team, and assist in optimizing business processes. Facilitate the effective use of technology, digital tools, and workplace systems to improve operational efficiency. Assist in the ongoing review and maintenance of records and documentation to ensure compliance with established work processes and internal procedures. Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure customer feedback and complaints are handled promptly and effectively. Communicate regularly with executives and senior management to support the smooth daily operations of the co-working space and affiliated companies. Work with internal and external stakeholders to organize webinars, events, roadshows, exhibitions, delegation visits, and publicity activities from end to end, including programme planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event reporting. Manage and maintain the company's digital media platforms, including social media accounts, website content, e-newsletters, and other online publicity materials. Qualification Requirements: Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role are preferred. Experience in a technology commercialization environment and/or a technology company will be an advantage. Fast learner with the ability to understand and analyze a broad range of topics beyond one's academic background or work experience, coupled with a strong curiosity about emerging technologies and industry trends. Able to understand new technologies, cultivate professional networks, and build relationships with strategic partners. Social media savvy, with the ability to create engaging publicity content to support the company's branding and marketing efforts. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required. Proficient in monitoring expenses, preparing reports, and improving operational efficiency. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, proactive, and possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
