Executive Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities: Handle contractual matters, including project tendering, request sub-contractors’ quotation, assessing progress claim and payment, variation works, extension of time, etc. from beginning of project until final account with client and all sub-contractors with minimum supervision from the contract manager or team leader. Award of contract/LOI to sub-contractors. Communicate to subcontractor on OHS issues. Prepare projects budget for management’s review and approval. Keep monitoring the budget until project full completion. Prepare and Submit project status report to Management in monthly basis (before1st week Saturday of each month) Requirements: Degree / Diploma required in engineering. At least 2 years’ working experience in Project Estimation and tendering. Apply Here
