Job Summary Looking for an experienced full-time educator to provide guidance, teaching, and supervision for two children aged 7 and 9, fostering their learning and development through tailored activities and regular progress reporting. Responsibilities Design and implement effective teaching and activity plans for children aged 7 and 9 to support their learning and development Actively participate in and supervise various indoor and outdoor teaching activities during after-school hours and vacations Monitor and detect behavioral and psychological changes in children promptly to address their needs Independently manage daily educational tasks and coordinate activities to ensure smooth execution Track children’s learning progress and prepare comprehensive summary reports for parents to communicate development and areas for improvement Demonstrate integrity and uphold positive character traits in all interactions and responsibilities Exhibit compassion and sociability to engage children effectively and create a supportive learning environment
