IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support IT project delivery in a large-scale and mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in project management, IT operations, and coordination across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, meetings, and action items. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and governance materials. Support communication and coordination between project managers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist with project governance activities including approvals, testing coordination, deployment preparation, and audit documentation. Support incident tracking, deployment activities, and operational coordination when required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of IT projects, SDLC, testing, or deployment processes is an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Project is a plus. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
