Sales Manager |Food Industry |Up To $5,500 + Variable Bonus

Our client, a well-established food distribution company in Singapore, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth, expand market presence, and develop a winning sales team. What You'll Do As the Sales Manager, you will: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets. Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and business performance. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including team management. Food industry experience is highly preferred and will be a strong advantage. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in business development, lead generation, and cold calling. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure. Able to work on-site in West area, 5.5 days per week.
