Job Summary Support manufacturing engineering operations by preparing and updating documentation, assisting in tooling and equipment setup, coordinating production activities, and driving continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and efficiency. Responsibilities Assist Manufacturing Engineers in operating PLM/SAP systems to manage product lifecycle data effectively Prepare and update detailed work instructions, test procedures, and inspection documents to ensure manufacturing accuracy Support assembly and testing documentation to facilitate smooth manufacturing processes Validate on-site procedures and implement revisions to maintain compliance and process integrity Assist in designing and creating jigs and fixtures using 2D/3D CAD software to support production needs Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient production activities Support continuous improvement initiatives targeting quality enhancement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency Assist in setting up tooling and test equipment according to specific product requirements to ensure proper functionality Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D models, and electrical/pneumatic schematics to support manufacturing and engineering tasks Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Control Engineering Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing environments Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and 3D modelling software such as PTC Creo Knowledge of SAP PLM or ERP/MRP systems Basic skills in Excel functions, scripting, or coding Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, and problem-solving tools Experience working in clean room environments Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Other Information Contact information: You can also contact us via WhatsApp at this number for more information about this job - +6589130107 OR email - adminrec.nexgen@gmail.com
