Responsibilities & Duties: Lead a team and assist a chef Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese and Italian-Japanese fusion dishes with precision and flair. Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard and in line with our restaurant's concept. Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies. Create a menu with the chef. Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
