Monthly Salary: UP to $2800 (Negotiable) Working Address: Multiple Locations Working Hours: 5 Days | 11:30AM - 9:00PM Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and assemble burgers and side items according to established recipes and standards Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet operational requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety guidelines Monitor ingredient levels and assist in stock management to minimise waste Support the supervision of kitchen assistants and ensure standard procedures are followed Prepare and deliver orders efficiently, especially during peak service periods Operate and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure safe and efficient use Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen operating procedures Qualification and Requirements: Previous experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to operate grills, fryers, and standard kitchen equipment Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently in a high-volume environment Good understanding of portion control and food presentation standards Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Benefits: Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive working environment with employee benefits provided Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
