Monday to Friday (except Wednesday): 8:30am to 6:30pm | Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:30pm Our client is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead the growth of its marine outboard products business. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience in marine sales and/or operations, with a proven ability to drive business performance and lead teams. Responsibilities & Duties: Sales Management Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine outboard and power products. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve yearly targets. Identify and grow new business opportunities, including dealerships, tenders and direct customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, marinas, boat builders, and other stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales approaches. Prepare management reports including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Business Development and Partnerships Create promotional campaigns, plan and execute events as well as exhibitions to create brand awareness and acceptance. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with suppliers, dealers, and service providers. Explore opportunities for expanding product lines or service offerings. Aftersales and Service Operations Oversee all aftersales activities, including warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance programs. Ensure timely availability of spare parts and accessories to support customers needs. Establish and enforce service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure staff undergo the necessary training to maintain technical expertise on marine outboard engines and Power Products. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service teams to achieve departmental goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance staff capabilities. Operational and Financial Management Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Track KPIs such as sales growth, service turnaround time, and customer satisfaction scores. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Qualification and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Marine Technology or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations, preferably within the marine, automotive, machinery, or power equipment industry. Proven track record in sales management and achieving revenue targets. Strong experience in business development, dealer network management, orpartnership building. Familiarity with marine outboard engines, power products, or related technical equipment. Experience managing aftersales operations, service quality, or warranty processes is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales and service teams. Good analytical and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
