Head/Senior Barista

Monthly Salary: UP to $4500 (Negotiable) Working Address: Multiple locations Working hours: 5 Days work week | 44 hours Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute a comprehensive coffee and beverage programme across outlets Support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in daily outlet operations Train, mentor, and guide barista team members to meet company standards Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal beverage menus, recipes, and processes Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to consistent quality and presentation standards Follow established workflows and operational procedures Deliver professional and attentive service to customers Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Monitor and respond to customer feedback on beverage quality and presentation Perform daily housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in front-of-house areas Qualification and Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior barista role Strong knowledge and interest in coffee, including sourcing, roasting, and brewing Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work across multiple outlet locations as required Benefits: Yearly allowance Annual Bonus Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
