Kitchen Assistant (4 Days Work Week)

Job Title: Kitchen Assistant Monthly Salary: UP to $2300 Working Address: Bedok MRT Working hours: - 4 days per week 11 hours per day - 44 hours per week - Rostered shifts based on operational needs Responsibilities and duties - Prepare ingredients such as washing, cutting, peeling, portioning, and packing. - Assist with basic food preparation according to recipes, SOPs, and kitchen instructions. - Portion, assemble, and pack food orders accurately. - Refill ingredients, sauces, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies. - Receive and check incoming stock and assist with inventory counts. - Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas. - Wash trays, containers, crockery, and kitchen tools as required. - Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. - Support opening and closing duties. - Assist with takeaway and delivery order packing. - Carry out any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualification and Requirements - No experience required; kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Able to stand for long hours and carry light to moderate loads. - Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn. - Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules where required. - Need to support other outlet when assigned EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22107133
