Patient Service Associate in A&E (3 rotational shifts - including night shifts)

Responsible for managing patient reception, registration, admissions, and payment collections within the Emergency Department. The role also involves providing financial counseling to patients and training new junior staff. Requires a minimum of N level, ITE Nitec, or Diploma, with basic PC knowledge and strong communication skills. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of working experience or one year of experience as a Team Leader.
