Patient Service Assistant (BMU-ES) (3 rotating shifts)

The Patient Service Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to the Bed Management Unit and Emergency Services, including patient registration and bed allocation. They are also responsible for financial counselling, appointment scheduling, and maintaining medical records to ensure continuity of care. Candidates should hold a Diploma or GCE 'O' Level with at least one year of experience, preferably in healthcare. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work three rotating shifts.
