Architectural Associate

Responsibilities Develop preliminary designs and architectural concepts. Prepare and deliver engaging design presentations. Produce working, tender, and construction drawings. Manage projects through various stages, including attending site meetings. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Prepare submissions to relevant authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent recognized qualification. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Demonstrated design capability with a strong portfolio. Preferred Competencies Passion for architectural design, detailing, and project delivery. Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative, functional, and engaging spaces.
