Company Overview An Established Company is seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join their growing sales team, driving business growth through proactive client engagement and effective sales support. Job Summary Join a dynamic sales team as a Sales Coordinator, generating leads, managing client interactions, and supporting sales processes to achieve business targets. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, canvassing, networking, referrals, and social selling to expand the client base Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions to meet their business requirements Schedule and coordinate appointments, online demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients to facilitate sales discussions Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities within the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless handover of leads and client information Achieve monthly KPIs related to lead generation, appointment setting, and sales targets to contribute to team success Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital business solutions to inform sales strategies and client recommendations Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience of 1 to 2 years in sales, business development, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation Familiarity with Accounting, Payroll, and POS software solutions is an added advantage Demonstrated sales orientation with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets Interested applicants may email your full resume to helene@niche-asia.com.
