AI Project Manager (Contract)

Project Manager (AI & Digital Transformation) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-wide AI, data, and technology transformation initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end programme execution, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, quality, governance, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI, data, digital transformation, and technology programmes. Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, resource allocation, budgets, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors. Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting. Track programme performance through KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics. Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, risk frameworks, and regulatory obligations. Support audit, compliance, and change management activities while driving continuous improvement across delivery processes.
