About this role
Applied AI Solutions Engineer – Agentic Systems Location: Singapore (Hybrid) • Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade LLM-powered agentic workflows that reason, plan, and act across tools, APIs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and secure enterprise data sources. • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical specifications, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies for accuracy, safety, latency, reliability, and performance. • Develop prod uction-grade Python applications with clean, testable, observable, and scalable code, including robust RAG pipelines and multi-step agent patterns. • Own use cases end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through solution design, implementation, integration, deployment, and production optimisation. • Collaborate directly with enterprise stakeholders , lead technical discussions, and align business needs with practical AI system architecture. • Contribute reusable frameworks, engineering patterns, and delivery standards that improve consistency and quality across teams. • Work flexibly a cross backend, AI, integration, and frontend areas when needed to deliver effective customer solutions. • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving clarity, alignment, and engineering excellence. Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience in Python software engineering, including building scalable, testable, observable, and production-ready applications. • Practical experience developing and deploying RAG systems, LLM-powered agents, and multi-step workflows using agentic patterns such as ReAct or Plan-and-Execute. • Deep understanding of frontier LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and secure enterprise data integration. • Proven ability to define evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, latency, reliability, and business impact. • Experience working directly with enterprise customers and translating ambiguous requirements into clear technical specifications. • Ability to own use cases end-to-end across discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, and optimisation. Additional Requirements • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities. • Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to lead technical conversations and build alignment. • Willingness to work across backend, AI, integration, and frontend areas when required to deliver customer outcomes. • Commitment to engineering quality, reusable patterns, documentation, and continuous improvement.
