About this role

Job Summary Support outlet operations by managing inventory, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer service to uphold company standards. Responsibilities Assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery Order and manage inventory from suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize shortages Deliver customer service that meets company standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Oversee maintenance requirements of kitchen equipment and store facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety Grill and cook dishes following company standards to maintain consistent food quality Prepare food at the backend to support grilling and cooking processes efficiently Measure and control food and sauce portions according to company standards to ensure consistency and cost control Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk to comply with health and safety regulations Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors to support outlet operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and communication skills to effectively collaborate and lead within the team Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands
