Assistant Outlet Manager

Job Summary Lead daily operations and manage team performance in a fast-paced F&B environment. Oversee inventory, customer service, staff training, and food preparation to ensure compliance with company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities Manage daily operational workflows to ensure smooth outlet functioning and service delivery Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational demands and optimize team productivity Order and control inventory from suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste Resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction Conduct comprehensive training for new staff to ensure adherence to company policies and service quality Enforce strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary outlet environment Grill and cook dishes following company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent food quality Monitor food preparation processes to guarantee compliance with company standards and safety regulations Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate tasks effectively Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
