BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities Apply BIM software and modelling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), to develop accurate project models Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM-related tasks Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation to support project execution and compliance Coordinate and liaise with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, changes, and resolve clashes between disciplines Manage project coordination activities to facilitate smooth communication and workflow among stakeholders Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and team objectives Required competencies and certifications Recognized Degree or Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM) Diploma in BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent certification Proficient use of Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modelling and design documentation Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in building construction and project execution Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate BIM coordination and collaborative processes
