Retail Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities •Manages the workload of the operations team to meet goals and deadlines. •Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase sales. This may include training staff to upsell items. •Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. •Achieves marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting needs and preparing an annual budget. •Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth. •Executes plans to achieve company goals and coaching employees. •Identifies areas for improvement and plans and implements systems to increase company effectiveness. •Oversees daily security operations functions. •Provides advice and guidance to colleagues. •Enhances existing systems and policies. •Promotes and enforces workplace safety. •Responsible for operational paperwork and annual evaluation. •Responsible for daily roster planning/hiring process for store personnel. •Must be willing to work physically to load and unload items and inventory. •Replenish products on display shelves and areas as assigned. •Works closely with other departments •Inspect & account for damaged stock, tabulate balance stock & tidy up item displays. •Must be available to work weekends and holidays. •Needs communicate effectively in English at a business level to perform daily operations utilize. •Even better good proficiency in Japanese as business level.
