Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities Manages the workload of the Operations Managers and team to meet goals and deadlines. Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase sales. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews for Operations Managers. Achieves marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting needs and preparing an annual budget. Assists HQ in setting goals that promote company growth. Executes plans to achieve company goals by changing policies and coaching employees. Identifies areas for improvement and plans and implements systems to increase company effectiveness. Provides advice and guidance whole teams. Enhances existing systems and policies. Promotes and enforces workplace safety. Responsible for final annual evaluation. Works closely with finance and HR team Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Needs communicate effectively in English at a business level to perform daily operations utilize. Even better good proficiency in Japanese as business level.
