Job Summary You will manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and safety at NOK ASIA COMPANY PTE. LTD. This role involves hands-on repair, inspections, and collaboration with contractors to support smooth operations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate scheduled maintenance programs to ensure timely and effective upkeep of equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to schedule maintenance work and procure necessary spare parts, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify potential issues early and maintain accurate maintenance and service reports for operational transparency and decision-making Execute hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks to promptly resolve equipment malfunctions and sustain continuous production Enforce compliance with safety and operational standards during all maintenance activities to uphold a safe working environment and reduce risk Required competencies and certifications Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or maintenance roles demonstrating practical maintenance and troubleshooting skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to document and report maintenance activities Effective communication skills in English to liaise with internal teams and external contractors Preferred competencies and qualifications Technical certification or skillset in Facilities Management or Mechanical Engineering enhancing maintenance expertise Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Willingness and capability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks to support operational needs
