Managing Director, Capital Markets

Capital & Investor Relations • Source new capital partnerships and build long-term relationships with investors • Manage and strengthen existing capital partnerships • Source, analyse, and assist with execution of new investment products and deals • Actively source both investors and deals for the company and related entities Leasing & Customer Growth • Lead Involve in leasing strategy and execution across existing and future projects • Engage directly with customers to unlock growth through new, customer-led opportunities Market Expansion • Evaluate new markets and together with the team lead lead the company growth into new markets • Drive new capital deals across our active and target markets together with the team: Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan — with genuine market knowledge expected across these geographies • Build and maintain an extensive broker network across current and prospective markets Education • Bachelor of Science degree, or a related field (required) • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) qualification is strongly preferred Experience • Minimum 25 years of experience transacting and doing business on a global scale • Strong, long-standing networks in investment management, with proven experience and market exposure • Leadership experience across both established corporates and smaller, entrepreneurial businesses • Board-level experience is an advantage • Prior investment committee experience is an advantage Skills & Competencies • Membership of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) is an advantage • Confident operating and communicating at C-suite level • Deep insight into, and contacts within, the global network of C-suite customers, investors, brokers, and competitors
