Finance Manager, Reporting & Compliance

Job Summary The Financial Reporting &Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance activities for the entities. This role ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulatory requirements and group accounting policies, and the effectiveness of internal controls. The incumbent will work closely with the Group Finance team, external auditors, tax authorities, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting& Reporting Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets for the Singapore and/or Malaysia entities. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements, together with variance analysis and management commentary. Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting schedules. Group Reporting& Consolidation Liaise closely with the Group Finance team on reporting requirements, intercompany reconciliations, consolidation schedules, and implementation of group accounting policies. Ensure local financial reporting aligns with corporate accounting standards, reporting timelines, and internal governance requirements. Taxation &Statutory Compliance Manage all local tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax filings, GST submissions, withholding tax requirements, and transfer pricing documentation.
