Program Executive

Job Summary: Coordinate and drive semiconductor programs, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Job Description: Assist the Lead/Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution partnership development. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed. Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date. Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. Create and update both internal MRP system with demand orders, and perform order collaboration in Customer’s Supplier Portal. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in project/program coordination in semiconductor or precision engineering manufacturing or a related technical environment. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Proficient with multi-level BOM structure Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
