TCM Physician

Job Description & Requirements Novahealth TCM Clinic is a professional Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic dedicated to holistic health and wellness. We provide high-quality treatments such as acupuncture, Tuina, EMMA, BIXEPS and herbal prescriptions, and preventive care. We are looking for a passionate TCM Physician who is committed to providing holistic care and helping patients achieve better health and well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and diagnose health conditions in accordance with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which may include Tuina (therapeutic massage), acupuncture, cupping, herbal medication, and other TCM modalities Execute treatment procedures professionally and safely, ensuring a high standard of care Clearly explain treatment plans and expected outcomes to patients to promote understanding, compliance, and retention Build and maintain strong rapport with patients to encourage long-term care and follow-ups Collaborate effectively with doctors, physiotherapists, and fellow TCM practitioners to identify opportunities for interdisciplinary cooperation Contribute to sales efforts, including recommending suitable treatment packages or products to patients in alignment with their needs Assist with administrative, operational, and strategic tasks to enhance the delivery and quality of TCM services Participate in community education, outreach, and health-related events Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education Support event planning and execution Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate professional conduct with both patients and colleagues Adhere to all internal clinical guidelines, nursing home policies, and TCMPB ethical standards Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine Registered TCM practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore Holds a valid Practicing Certificate issued by TCMPB, Singapore Strong interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting Able to work weekends and clinic operating hours (5-day work week, rostered off-days). Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients). What We Offer Competitive base salary with commission and performance bonuses .
