TCM Clinic Manager

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. The role involves ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient service, and supporting business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk and patient flow Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient service delivery Supervise and support clinic staff, including training and performance monitoring Assist TCM physicians in operational and administrative matters Handle patient inquiries and provide quality customer service Maintain inventory of herbs, medication, and clinic supplies Monitor clinic performance, including revenue and operational costs Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare, or wellness operations Strong organizational and leadership skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage Skills Required Operations Management Customer Service Team Leadership Administrative Management Inventory Control Additional Information Working hours: 5–6 days per week (including weekends if required) Salary commensurate with experience Performance-based incentives may be provided
