Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Evaluate quotations, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and manage procurement. Monitor project costs, variations, and contract administration. Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cost control and timely project delivery. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience. Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
