Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst / Associate Agribusiness group Location : Near Harbourfront MRT/ Alexandra Area We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst/Associate to support our clients' growth and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will conduct market research, build financial models, assist with M&A execution, and manage data analytics to provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence: Support market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and strategic developments relevant to our business sectors. Feasibility Assessments: Assist in evaluating new business opportunities by conducting preliminary assessments, including market sizing, benchmarking, and high-level risk analysis. Financial Modeling & Valuation: Assist in preparing financial models, business cases, and valuation analyses for organic initiatives, joint ventures, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities. Executive Reporting: Contribute to the development of strategic presentations, board decks, and reporting materials for corporate management and leadership discussions. Transaction & Deal Support: Assist in preparing and managing deal documentation, including setting up or reviewing data rooms, drafting investment memos, and coordinating with external advisors. Performance Tracking: Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and support periodic reporting on business health, strategic initiatives, and project outcomes. Knowledge Management: Lead the creation and structuring of comprehensive 'Knowledge Banks' and data repositories for commercial business units. Data Analytics: Maintain and improve structured databases, dashboards, and analytical tools used for ongoing business analysis. Data Management: Compile, clean, and analyze internal and external data sets to generate insights that support strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. Strategic Collaboration: Participate actively in internal discussions, offering insights, ideas, and analytical input to the team. Cross-Functional Support: Handle ad-hoc project-related tasks as required, ensuring seamless integration across various workstreams. Travel: Participate in business travel as required by project demands. Education : Degree in Business / Statistics/ any Financial Discipline .
