Administrator Location : Ang Mo Kio What we're looking for  Certificate or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field  1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team  Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise  Proficient in using MS Office suite, Excel and familiar with QuickBooks Accounting Software  Can work independently and a keen eye for detail What you'll be doing  Attend and handle incoming hotline calls  Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns & internal training events  Create and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, & social media content  Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team, including scheduling and data entry  Packing and preparing of shipping goods and handling of LC documents for bank submission Submit monthly forecasted pending sales order report to Account team  Other ad hoc administrative duties as assign
