About the Job Our client is a successful global company that provides advanced technology to the maritime industry. The software and tools help ship owners and operators save money, improve safety, and reduce emissions. Location: Singapore (Work from home, with regular travel to meet partners and clients). The Mission: Your main goal is to find new business, grow our sales pipeline in APAC, and help us meet our growth targets. Key Responsibilities Find New Clients: Target and approach new accounts to sell our ship automation and navigation equipment. Plan Growth: Work closely with the Sales Director to create and run sales plans for the region. Meet Customers: Visit prospects and existing clients regularly, both online and in person. Manage Sales Data: Use of CRM system daily to track your sales pipeline and make sure deals get closed. Who You Are & Qualifications We are looking for an active, highly motivated sales professional who loves networking and hitting targets. Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the maritime/shipping industry, focusing on partner channel sales and maritime equipment. Market Knowledge: A good understanding of how shipowners, technical managers, and charterers work together. Network & Location: You must be based in Singapore and already have a strong network of contacts in the APAC maritime sector. Bonus Points: A technical background or experience working with ship automation systems is a big advantage.
