Engineer (After Sales)

Job scope: Working closely with after sales manager Perform equipment diagnostics, software upgrades, repair activities, and deliver technical training. Diagnose, repair, or replace electrical components including wiring harnesses, connectors, circuit boards, relays, fuses, and related peripherals. Offer technical assistance and in-depth guidance to customer maintenance teams, with a strong emphasis on electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Deliver specialized training to customer staff on new electrical components, system operations, and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Compile thorough technical service reports detailing service work performed, fault codes identified, diagnostic processes, and root cause findings to ensure accurate records for warranty and quality teams. Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure all required diagnostic equipment and specialized electrical testing tools are available for each assignment. Track job progress and implement corrective action plans as needed.
