About this role

The Legal Counsel will lead legal workstreams for investments, acquisitions, and divestments across the Asia region. They will provide commercially focused legal advice and manage relationships with external counsel and internal stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle. Candidates must have a law degree and a minimum of 6 years PQE from a top-tier international law firm with a strong track record in international M&A. Experience working across Asia, particularly in China, India, and Southeast Asia, is required.
