PMO Analyst (Banking Sector) , East Side

Responsibilities: Assist in the project management office and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project governance standard Assist and perform project management dashboard including regular project reporting Tracking and manage budget planning and utilization including payment related tasks to our planning team and vendor Tracking and manage resource plan and utilization including resource hiring coordination Facilitate project meeting including preparing agenda, meeting minutes, following up on action items Work and collaborate under the guidance of other senior members to assist project delivery aligns with established schedule, budget and quality Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders Assist in overall project and team related administrative tasks Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in PMO and/or project management within the banking or IT infrastructure sectors Familiarity with vendor management processes and practices Familiar with budget and financial management Knowledge and practice of resource management Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good to Have: PM or PMO certification (e.g. CAPM, PMP, Prince2) is a plus. Hands-on skills with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate are a strong advantage
