Intern - HR Shared Services And Systems

As an HR Shared Services and Systems Intern, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR administration, process improvement, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support HR administrative processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record management. Maintain and update HR records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Assist in employee-related documentation. Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide administrative support in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
