Production Worker – Poultry Processing Job Summary Perform essential poultry processing tasks including gizzard separation, label tagging, and feet skin removal in a chilled environment to ensure product quality and compliance. Responsibilities Remove and process gizzards carefully during evisceration to maintain product quality Apply accurate product labels to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance Perform manual or semi-automated removal of chicken feet skin for further processing Work effectively in chilled factory conditions to uphold food safety standards Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and product standards Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks to ensure consistent output Required competencies and certifications Physically fit to perform repetitive manual tasks safely and efficiently Able to work comfortably in cold environments to meet food safety requirements Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions and record data accurately Preferred competencies and qualifications WSQ Food Hygiene certification to support food safety practices Teamwork skills to contribute positively in a collaborative work setting Other Information Working Hours 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary S$2,800 – S$3,400 per month Career Pathways Opportunities to advance to Line Supervisor, Quality Assurance Technician, or Machine Operator roles Access to skill development in food safety and machinery operation Why Join Us?
