💼 Finance Executive Job Scope Manage daily accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash flow projections. Handle payroll processing and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, GST). Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders when required. Working Hours 5‑day work week Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary Up to S$4,200 per month Leave & Benefits 14 days annual leave Medical coverage provided Staff welfare and training support Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
