Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: SGD 2200 - $3500 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Cum Admin to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Handle project cost control, variations, and progress claims Prepare interim and final accounts Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with contract terms and project requirements Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements. Requirements Diploma or Degree Must have relevant working experience and sound knowledge in Quantity Surveying Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities. Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently Experience in Singapore construction projects preferred Familiar with Government projects Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS software Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred skills and qualifications Professional certification in quantity surveying or construction management. Experience working on various construction projects, including residential and commercial sites. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental standards. Familiarity with contract law and construction contracts. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
