Clinic Assistant

O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist clinics at multiple locations. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations. Primary Responsibilities: Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors). Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic. Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc. Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc. Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.) Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor Requirements Good interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player. Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage Able to commit to 5.5 day work week Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations (Central Singapore), when required
