About this role
The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient delivery of catering orders. This role also involves providing on-site setup support and assisting with packing and operational duties during non-delivery periods, particularly during peak hours. Key Responsibilities Safely operate the company van to deliver catering orders to various locations Ensure timely delivery while adhering strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies Load and unload catering equipment, food items, and supplies with care Provide on-site setup and basic support during event deliveries when required Assist with packing, preparation, and logistics support during peak operational hours Conduct basic checks on the vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Requirements Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license Minimum 2 years of proven driving experience Clean driving record with no major traffic violations Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading duties Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred Attributes Prior experience in catering, logistics, or food & beverage operations Familiarity with local routes and delivery schedules Strong time management and attention to detail
