Process Engineer $5.5K - $7K + Vb (Industrial Water / Wastewater Treatment) Location Near Expo Mrt

Role Summary · Design RO, UF, and SRU (Sulphate Removal) water treatment packages for onshore, platform, and offshore FPSO facilities · Lead process engineering deliverables across FEED and EPC phases to client and international standards (API, ASME, NORSOK, ISO) · Design complex skid-based industrial water treatment systems with offshore weight and space constraints Key Duties · Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass/heat balances, and hydraulic calculations · Prepare process datasheets for equipment and instruments · Prepare process philosophies: control, startup/shutdown, and operation/maintenance · Size membranes, skids, booster/HP pumps, vessels, and piping for offshore facilities considering weight/space constraints · Select materials for corrosive seawater service and chemical compatibility · Track and implement client comments; raise trends and potential change orders to project management and commercial teams · Review vendor documents to ensure vendor design meets project requirements · Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and MTOs per client/EPC standards (API, ASME, NORSOK, ISO) · Interface with piping, structural, E&I, and layout teams for skid and module integration · Prepare input for operating, pre-commissioning, and commissioning manuals · Contribute to weight/space optimisation studies for skids and modules · Clarify project scope of work and supply to form the contract basis with clients Requirements · Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field · Minimum 8 years of relevant experience · Extensive knowledge of Water and Wastewater Treatment Processes and Process Management · Experience in FEED and EPC engineering and packages, preferably in Water, FPSO, and Oil & Gas Industries · Experience designing complex skid-based industrial water treatment systems · Experience leading and managing teams in a water/wastewater or similar operational environment · Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment · Willing to travel How to Apply Submit your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua Kay Hwee EA License No: 06C4642 | EA Registration No: R1110624
