Engineer - Instrumentation & Control $4550 - $6800 + Vb (Changi, Near Expo Mrt)

Key Duties · Prepare I&C datasheets, instrument lists, drawings, and documentation · Participate in HAZOP, SIL, and technical reviews with stakeholders · Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor bids, and recommend suppliers for I&C systems · Manage I&C change orders to meet delivery lead times and stakeholder expectations · Conduct inspections and Factory/Field Acceptance Tests for PLC panels, HMI panels, and field instruments · Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, and piping teams for smooth project delivery · Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases · Support tender preparation and cost estimation Requirements · Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field · 3–5 years of experience in I&C Design, preferably in Water/Wastewater Treatment Projects · Knowledge of instrumentation devices: sensors, transmitters, actuators, control valves, and flow meters · Hands-on experience in instrument installation · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Willing to travel overseas at short notice How to Apply Submit your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua Kay Hwee EA License No: 06C4642 | EA Registration No: R1110624
